Working with Market Leader integrated Textile Mill Gul Ahmed, as Assistant Manager Finance looking after Spinning Costing including Production Control & Reporting. Also Working on Reports for Top Management’s decision making that help in Planning & Optimizing Profit and Feasibility Studies for Expansion & Modernization, My major responsibilities are as under.
o Preparing monthly and final accounts
o Supervising all activities of Factory Accounts Dept.
o Prepare feasibility report for expansion, outsourcing etc
o Prepare monthly analysis and comparative report with respect of monthly accounts.
o Prepare monthly cash forecast.
o Preparing Master Budget for the year for management.
o Prepare performance measure report for the year
o Substantiates and authenticates transactions by reviewing all supporting/justifying documents.
o Prepare plan for physical verification of Stock and Fixed Assets at Factory Locations.
o Preparing capital expenditure budget regarding acquisition, reclassification, disposal, depreciation, etc.
o Follow-up CWIP work and coordinate with production division with regards of its status and its operation for capitalization or otherwise.
o Prepare various reports as and when required by Director Finance.
o Review monthly cost summary sheet and monthly stock reports.
o Monthly Bank Reconciliation
